To restore lost or damaged gems and bring the brilliance back to a treasured piece. The replacement is matched and set at the bench, after you have seen the empty seat.
What we look at
The empty seatWe look at the setting first: size, shape, and whether the seat is still sound.
The matchA replacement is chosen to sit with the stones that remain. We do not publish stone prices here.
The setThe new stone is set, then the neighboring stones are checked so they are tight.
A missing stone changes how a piece wears and how it looks. We start with the setting in front of you, not with a catalog photo.
If the seat or the prongs are worn, that work is quoted with the replacement. See prong and tip repair when the setting itself is the problem.
How a visit works
